Vertiv Holdings (VRT) Surges as AI Infrastructure Demand Boosts Growth
Vertiv Holdings (VRT) has staged a remarkable recovery, with shares climbing more than 11% over the past month and 30% year-to-date. The rebound reflects easing concerns about a slowdown in artificial intelligence spending, as the data center infrastructure provider capitalizes on surging demand for its energy-efficient cooling and power solutions.
The company's first-quarter earnings beat underscored its momentum, with revenue jumping 24% and adjusted EPS soaring 49%. Vertiv's raised full-year guidance signals confidence in overcoming macroeconomic headwinds, including potential tariff impacts. "Our partnership with Nvidia positions us at the epicenter of industrial-scale AI deployment," CEO Giordano Albertazzi noted.
Vertiv recently expanded its collaboration with Nvidia (NVDA), unveiling a 142kW cooling and power reference architecture for the chipmaker's GB300 NVL72 platform. The MOVE solidifies Vertiv's role as a critical enabler of AI infrastructure expansion.
